Complaints Procedure
It may happen that you become dissatisfied with services at Focus. If you have a complaint or suggestion, please share this with us. This way we can improve our services and attempt to resolve your complaint. You can complete our form so that we can deal with your complaint as soon as possible. We aim to resolve your complaint with 6 weeks.
If you need advice, learn more about your rights as a consumer or you wish to discuss your complaint with someone else first? Please contact the complaints officer. Focus Midwifery Centre is affiliated with the CBKZ which employs external complaints officers whom can offer advice when requested.
What is a complaints officer?
A complaints officer is neutral. They will hear your complaint and discuss with you a possible resolution. They will advise you what to do next or mediate a discussion with Focus Midwifery Centre in case you find this difficult to achieve yourself. They can also assist with putting your issues into writing. Working together with the complaints officer we aim to find a solution to your matter.
You can contact the complaints officer via klachtverloskunde.nl. The Focus Midwifery Centre coordinator will endeavour, together with the complaints officer if needed, to resolve your complaint within 6 weeks. Within this period you will receive communication from us how your complaint is being processed.
Should neither the complaints officer nor the Focus Midwifery Centre coordinator be able to offer a solution, you can submit your complaint to the Geschilleninstantie Verloskunde. This independent authority will investigate if your complaint is justified. They will issue a final verdict.
You can find more information on the website of the Geschilleninstantie Verloskunde.
